Iris is spectacular. She is full of love and kindness, and could not have been a better match for our 4 kids, ages 7, 5, 3 and 1 at the time. She cleaned, she learned our rules and applied them consistently to our kids, she helped teach our home-school group, she did it all. We went thru many nanny tryouts before we found her. You would be foolish not to hire her and pay her top dollar.
