About Iris

I'm a childcare provider with a passion for nurturing and educating children. With two years of experience, I've gained valuable skills in ensuring the safety and well-being of young minds. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they're always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I adapt to their preferred communication methods, whether it's verbal updates or regular text and/or phone call updates. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me, I understand the importance of structure and consistency in a child's life. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. My most recent job was teaching 18-24month old kids! I really enjoyed it but I'm going to start college soon and need something more flexible and/or closer to home.
