Hired Iris. Our family and other care givers Thought she was a great match. BUT, she never showed up for work. I texted her and got no response. When I tried to message her I was told she blocked me. If she didn't want the job a simple phone call to let me know she changed her mind would have been the courteous and proper approach, not to wait a week with no word and then not show up. Poor business practice.
