Iris does a great job watching my three daughters. She was able to connect with them quickly despite their aversion to change and new people. She stays productive doing housework when the kids don't have immediate needs, which is a tremendous help. Iris has been a great communicator, working with me to ensure she is interacting with the girls in ways that I am supportive of and in harmony with atmosphere I want to create in my home. I would recommend her to anyone.
