Iris is an incredible nanny and I highly recommend her to watch your little one. Iris watched our son from the time he was 6 months until 18 months. She is amazing with babies, with so much patience, care, and creative play. We were part of a nannyshare and I was always impressed by her ability to juggle the needs of both babies. I loved when she would take our son on long walks and adventures to the playground or arboretum. Iris is thoughtful, communicative, and reliable. I am always happy to give a reference for her because she was so great for our son.
