About Iris

I've been working as a child care provider for 6 years. My experience in previous babysitting roles motivated me to pursue this career because I wanted to positively impact children's lives and support families in my community. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games and apps. I'm certified in TrustLine (CA only). I can help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise by providing verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' preferred communication method.
