ATTENTION NEW PARENTS! This is the nanny you’ve been looking for! Irina has been with our family (2 kids, boy and girl, 2 years apart) for six years, since our oldest was 3 months old and has been an essential member of our family while our youngest was still at home. While Irina has been a fantastic nanny through all the kids’ ages, she is particularly wonderful with infants. She has specialized training with early development and is great at establishing and maintaining a schedule. This helped both our kids develop reliable sleep patterns, healthy nutrition and early potty training! She always comes to work prepared with games and exercises to engage the kids mentally and physically. She is also great at encouraging the kids to make new friends and has set-up playdates with local kids that have now become our friends! Most important is Irina’s dedication to safety. She is rightfully strict with the kids about safe behavior. Irina is punctual and will communicate immediately if she is going to be even 1 minute late. She always makes vacation requests months ahead of time and tries to coordinate with our schedules so we are taking vacation at the same time. She is helpful with light housework like laundry and dishes. She is a good cook and has created several of the kids’ favorite meals. Russian language was important to us (dad’s family speaks Russian, mom’s only speaks English) and Irina has been amazing at helping us raise bilingual children. But if this is not important to you, Irina is fluent in English and all communication with parents has been in English with no issues.
