About Irina

I have been working as a private CNA for over 10 years, and have a lot of experience working with clients with dementia and MS. My responsibility was to provide a holistic approach to the needs and care of the elderly in their homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities. I was providing safety, mobility, comfort and nutritional needs as well as preventive, supportive and therapeutic care, and encouraging self-care for basic skills of daily living. My responsibilities also included medical management i. e.: doctors appointments, dispensing prescribed drugs in a timely manner as indicated, communicating with medical staff and family. Providing reports to the patient's family on daily/weekly bases. My schedule is pretty flexible and can be altered to support my client's needs.
