As a childcare provider, I'm motivated by my passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With three years of experience caring for children of various ages, I strive to make a positive impact on their lives while supporting families. My patient and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming environment for children, and I ensure open communication with parents, whether through verbal updates at pickup or their preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in a consistent and firm approach. My goal is to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor games, board games, and educational games that stimulate their learning. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience caring for children between the ages of 1 and 11. While English is my primary language, I'm also fluent in Spanish.
