With over eight years of leadership experience in healthcare policy and management, I bring a strong foundation in patient care and operational efficiency. I would describe my personality as passionate, optimistic, patient, and vibrant. I genuinely enjoy caring for seniors because it allows me to connect with individuals who have unique perspectives and experiences . I am looking for a work environment that prioritizes respect, open communication, and collaboration with families to meet the unique needs of each senior. Flexibility is important to me as well, as I seek to balance caregiving with other commitments. My journey in senior care began at the start of 2021, when I started working with seniors dealing with disabilities and mental health challenges. I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family and friends, and trying out new hobbies. My skills include but not limited to patience and empathy, communication, and care assistance.
