I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I am always open to feedback, questions, and concerns. My skills include patience, communication, and flexibility. Patience is a must have skill when working with children of all ages. I have to always be calm and grounded, even when dealing with challenging situations. Communication is to build a strong relationship with both children and parents.
