Irena is the most reliable caretaker I've had to date which is so important when you're a quadriplegic and can't get out of bed without help. She always has a positive attitude and is such a pleasure to work with! In my situation, there's unexpected things that can happen but she always rolls with it with a smile in such an empathetic manner.
