Ireland worked for our family for 9 months caring for our 6 month old. She was always warm, loving and compassionate with our child. She has incredible patience. I never had to fear for his care or safety. She would make meals for him throughout the week and typically fed him breakfast and lunch. Did great with baby led weaning. She was also incredibly reliable, which was very important to as my husband and I are unable to miss work last minute. We were sad when she had to leave us, but she made the transition as easy as possible, which is also invaluable when looking for child care. Would highly recommend.
