I was a Forster mom for over 10 years and I took care of over 30 children and provided a safe and caring environment for these sweet kids. I collaborated with therapist assistants and community resources. I completed home welfare checks in accordance with program and regulatory requirements I monitored and documented any changes in patient health status, keeping the healthcare team informed. I worked with 30 foster children with development, mental and social challenges to identify their needs and give quality counseling services and recorded data and kept a daily communication log for supervisors and other support workers, promoting smooth transitions.
