I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid's credentials and skills as a caregiver. She's one of the most incredible people I've ever met and is highly skilled as a nanny, with an ability to work with a diverse array of families. She's provided my kids (4yrs and 2 yrs.) with so much love and care, while supporting our whole family unit through lots of tough transitions. She's incredibly skilled at meeting kids’ needs, adjusting her approaches to fit families, and is deeply knowledgeable about the science around child development. She practices an array of responsive caregiving and has helped nurture both of our children’s unique interests through play, reading, and activities that center around their needs. She's helped us explore the area through parks, museums, libraries, music class, etc. She's incredibly active and experience based, which we've valued so much. She's truly a gem and gives so much to the families she works with. She proactively communicates, is extremely reliable and flexible, and can cultivate trust with both kids and parents very quickly. Any family would be lucky to work with Ingrid! If I could describe Ingrid in one word, it would be attunement!
