Due to my diplomatic career which has now ended, I am embarking upon a new chapter in my life. That said, when I was a student in Madrid, Spain, to make extra money, I taught English to persons in corporations who needed this language in order to enhance their careers; I also taught English to young children who needed to strengthen their vocabularies, their grammar, phraseology/sentence structure, spelling, etc. What I didn't realize was that I found this thoroughly rewarding as I could make a difference whether in the life of an adult, or a child. That said, in my government career, I would often edit Intelligence products as it is very necessary to be thorough, as well as, exacting.
