Ines started as my baby's nanny on a part-time basis in June 2013, and went full-time from September 2013 through early January 2014. I highly recommend Ines as a nanny/babysitter, without reservation. Ines has many qualities that make her an excellent baby/child care taker. She cares very deeply about children, and takes care of our baby as if she were her own child. Our daughter obviously loves Ines, and laughs and smiles broadly when she comes in the morning. Her excitement and adoration lasts the whole time that she is in Ines' care. One of the things that makes my daughter happiest is to be held by Ines, while watching someone else do something (cook a meal, wash bottles, etc.). Ines also has many clever ideas for keeping baby occupied and playing throughout the day. My daughter is never bored when she is with Ines. Ines is also a pleasure for parents to interact with. From her many years of experience, Ines is an excellent resource for parents because she has many good ideas about caring for babies and children, particularly in the critical areas of feeding and sleeping. She is always attentive to the parents' wishes, yet offers useful suggestions when appropriate. Ines is polite and low-key, and is a positive presence in the household! I highly recommend Ines for any child care needs.
