They ensure families are informed, comforted, and supported, building trust and understanding at every step. Whether working with children or adults, they create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes well-being and peace of mind for everyone involved. I’ll never forget when Indya cared for one of our vulnerable adults who was struggling with mobility and loneliness. Not only did they provide excellent physical care, but they also took the time to connect with the patient and their family in meaningful conversations. By the end of the week, this individual was smiling more than they had in months, thanks to Indya’s genuine kindness and attention to their emotional needs.
