You have try the eggplant Parmesan! Nothing is better then a home cooked meal you didn't have to cook. I am convinced India can make anything taste amazing. There is a great balance of flavors and nutritious ingredients in all her meals. Nothing is better then a home cooked meal you didn't have to cook.
