About Imara Rose

Greetings families! Soy Imara, I am an enthusiastic youth mentor, immersive artist, herbalist, and Doula apprentice. With 11+ years of childcare and teaching experience, I am engaging and prepared to provide holistic care for a diverse spectrum of young learners. I am inclusive, energetic, adaptable, patient, and trilingual! With a B. A. in Ecology, Public Action, Spanish, and Dance, I am dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for kids to explore the myriad cultures of the natural world. Inspired by intergenerational collaboration and knowledge as a Montessori preschool teacher, I am passionate about learner-centered education. As a circus camp counselor, I gained hands-on training in designing multimedia programs for campers ages 7-18. I love building community, guiding outdoor excursions and leading interactive scavenger hunts. I am confidently able to provide infant care, meal prep, overnight support, and more to give families essential rest. I am excited to connect!
