About Iman

Hello! My name is Iman. I am a 29-year-old writer and doula with a love for all things early childhood development. As the oldest of five, I've always had a knack for ensuring children are loved, heard, and guided with care. For the past 10 years, I have found that infant- to elementary-school-aged kids are some of the most fun, chaotic, and interesting little people. I specialize in infants and toddlers, which led to my becoming a doula. I have also enjoyed using my creativity to challenge and encourage elementary school children to read, imagine, play, and engage in conversations to build relationships and critical thinking skills. Along with my passion and experience, I am certified in CPR for a Professional Rescuer; I have experience with neurodivergent children; I have cooked and cared for children with severe allergies and dietary restrictions; and I am a patient and committed tutor.
