With 20+ years of experience, Ilse's expertise and helpful tips were so valuable for us first time parents. She is loving, energetic, patient and kind and truly cares about our daughter, who she cared for from 15 months until she was almost 3 years old. Ilse was great at keeping our daughter busy, with daily outings to parks, libraries, etc. and was great with keeping a consistent schedule for naps and meals. She also helped get our girl become potty trained very quickly! Highly recommend Ilse to anyone looking for a nanny.
