With 5+ years of experience under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from preschoolers to preteens. I'm committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I firmly believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, using the parents' preferred communication method. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
