About Iliana

I'm an experienced, passionate childcare provider with three years of experience caring for children. Currently I work at my local school district as a teacher aid. I'm dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the children in my care. I'm patient, calm, and always maintain a positive attitude when communicating with both children and parents. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and provide verbal updates at pickup about their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children in my care are safe and well-behaved. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, including educational games that promote learning, as well as board games and puzzles. I graduated high school and have some college education. I also have a car, so transportation isn't an issue. I look forward to working with your family!
