Miss Ileana was right on time, very impressive how she approached and got my 1 1/2 to follow her direction with something no one was able to get her to do on first sight. My child has special needs and she worked very well with her even though she would not Be very nice to strangers.She was great with all my four children and I would recommend her to any parent
