About Ilandrea

Hi my name is Ilandrea. As a childcare provider with five years of experience and a mother of three I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. In the past five years I have worked with families where I have been able to build lasting bonds. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children of all ages. I am comfortable caring for up to six children simultaneously and have experience caring for children from infants to teens. I believe in building a relationship with the child first. I understand all children are different, in love languages and learning styles. My educational background includes an associates degree in business administration and coursework in early child development. I am also CPR-trained. In addition to my childcare experience, I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and travel. I look forward to meeting and helping nurture your little ones.
