We love Ms. Ilana! My husband & I hired her late last year, for a couple of months. We needed someone to transport the littles to and from school. From her excellent communication skills to her, seemingly, intuitive style of giving a helping hand - she is just amazing. She exceeded our expectations & always did a little extra. You can tell that she has a passion for caregiving. We have 3 children under the age of 10 and they have adored her since the beginning. I definitely will be hiring her again!
