About Ilana

I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My 8 years of experience has taught me how to be patient, calm and creative while caring for children. With the additional experience of the utmost blessing in my life being the mother of two growing boys. I believe in open communication with parents and will follow their preferred method to keep them informed about their child's day. I also believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I am also CPR trained and willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have some college education my plan is to continue to peruse my BA. I am comfortable caring for children between the ages of 0 and 11, I am currently looking for newborn to 4 years old. I am eager to provide a reliable childcare option for families and make a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for.
