I also have experience with Hoyer lift, dementia patients, Foley catheter, colostomy bag and more. I treat each client like family. I am passionate about helping others which is why you will get the best care with Esha Cares. I just opened up a non medical home health agency. I will be hiring honest, dependable and reliable people who will treat your family members as their family members. You will get to meet them as well to see if it's a good fit. I'm also willing to provide training if necessary. My prices for services have changed as well. Any client 3 hours or less will be billed at &35 a hour. Any client that has 4 hours or more will be billed $23 dollars an hour.

Ieisha has been providing afternoon companion care, medication reminders, meal prep, light cleaning, and aid to my 80 y/o mother with dementia for the last six months and we love having her on mom's care team. She is reliable and proactive about finding backup if she can't make her shift. Ieisha is a great communicator which was important to us since we are not in town. Ieisha takes a pragmatic approach to shifts in my mom's behavior and has strong conflict resolution skills, a necessary trait when working with people suffering from dementia and a team of care providers. We really appreciate Ieisha's patience, poise and positive attitude.
