About Idolina

I recently earned my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, though I have been caring for my elderly neighbor for the past two years on my own time. Three words that describe me are passionate, empathetic, and outgoing. Caring for others has always been my dream, and working as a CNA with the elderly has brought me immense joy as I progress in the medical field. Through my experience, I've developed stronger patience, listening skills, and compassion while working in a nursing home. I make sure to listen carefully to residents' needs and wants, provide the extra time they may need to complete tasks or communicate, and always offer guidance, motivation, and kindness, fostering trust and making them feel valued.
