I hired Idhalia last week. At the interview she appeared organized and bubbly. She accepted the job and we agreed on an hourly rate. I connected the next day with a f/u text. She sent me her passport and picture of her driver license. I texted her Monday confirmed I'd see her Thursday. She responded that she would see me then. 15 minutes before her agreed arrival time she texted me using the incorrect name saying she wasn't feeling well. Four hours later she texted me a second picture of driver license. My response was to check on how she was feeling and asked if she would be arriving for tomorrow's shift. If not, I would need to make other arrangements. I'm a working parent with three kids. She didn't respond. I tried calling her and no pick up. I texted her one last time around 9pm to check in and still no response. She had no common courtesy to a minute to text me, no regard for my time/plans for childcare and was a huge timewaster. Without basic skills I can't see how she could do this job well. I
