About Icey

Hi- My name is Icey and I'm currently a sophomore at SUNY Broome. I love being a babysitter and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids since I was 13. I've grown up with a large extended family with children of all ages. I'm known for my friendly and approachable personality, which puts children at ease. I have a knack for creating engaging and educational activities that spark children's curiosity and imagination. I also value open communication with parents and keep them regularly updated about their child's day. My Mom ran an in-home daycare out of our house for 3 years so l have experience and knowledge caring for children for long hours. My responsibilities have included driving to/ from school, crafts, tutoring, and meal prepping. I also play softball at SUNY Broome where I am a sports management major in hopes of coaching college level teams so l am passionate about teaching and encouraging children to love sports.
