I enjoy working with seniors or older people because it gives me ample opportunities to learn about a time I know very little about and to hear their amazing stories. Ive had experience in Senior Care due to my grandmother sustaining a brain injury. I aided in using the bathroom, showering, changing, eating, taking medication and lifting her because her right side was paralyzed. In my spare time, I like to read, write, bake, cook, and listen to music. One thing you should know about me is that I am a selfless, hardworking individual. I am always looking for ways to give back to those I care about. My skills include excellent age-appropriate communication, compassion, self-control and patience.

I broke my wrist in November of 2021 and I got a very good impression from Hyddie. 1. She was very alert and knew exactly what to do for me. 2. She helped me bathe at the start when I was just getting used to the system of covering the cast with plastic and learning to use my non dominant hand, when I got the hang of it, she would just be outside the bathroom ready to offer the specific assistance I needed. 3. When I asked her to slice my apples, she even art directed the apple slices for me. 4. She washed my dishes because I couldn't, she helped me with the laundry, because I couldn't carry wet clothing at all. 5. She's super conscious of safety, she always washed her hands upon arrival and kept her mask on. 6. She's great company too, on some days, there were no chores but I just liked watching Schitt's Creek with her. 7. I asked her also to be in the ride with me to get my booster and to head off to the airport. GOOD JOB, HYDDIE!
