About Hunter

I have always loved working with children! I started baby sitting at 13 and volunteering and a youth sailing program that summer. I volunteered as a junior counselor until I was 15 and the following summer was asked to nanny for a family with 2 children, that continued until I moved to Florence for college. I was given the opportunity to direct youth programs for the SC Maritime Museum for 4 summers, which granted much experience with children between the ages of 7-12 and 13-18 as well as compromised or children requiring special needs. During my senior year at Francis Marion, I worked as a teachers aide in the newborn room for a local daycare until I was offered a job with in my major and decided that I missed working with children more than anything.
