About Hugh

I am a retired law enforcement officer, previously certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and subsequently, I worked as a security & emergency management planning consultant, specializing in counter-terrorism protections. From that professional experience, I have moved to a more domestic role in retirement. Currently, I am a full-time, single father, raising my 15-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son. I am also caretaker for two elderly family members. I also volunteer in my community and I coach youth Rugby. I am available to assist as a companion, especially for someone who would like to remain active. I would like to assist with making that a possibility. I can provide clients with the opportunity to be active and get out to do things that they may given up on, because it requires help, or is just too much work. This could be anything from just getting outside and going for a walk to fishing a stream, river, or ocean.
