Hua Ping It was extremely difficult to have someone come into our home and care for my wife. My neighbor had some one watch and care for his father and it was one's worst nightmare. The caregiver was able to persuade his father to take large amounts of money out of his bank account for her personnel desires. As such, I was not eager to have someone come into our home to care for her for fear of thief. Ultimately, we chose Ping to care for my wife daily. Ping cared for my wife as though she was her own mother. She worked with my wife daily until the insurance allotted more hours than she could work. She then assembled a team of caregivers to ensure there was the right fit and could provide sufficient coverage at all times. At that time she transitioned to working on weekends. Even so, she was never absent, she would contact me daily to ensure I was happy with the caregivers and their work. She was always concern about my wife's increasing temper and mood swings as her diseases progressed. She always kept reminding me that was her disease that was causing her behavior. No matter how she acted daily Ping and her team were always nice, gentile and calm like true professionals. She took great care of getting her to take bathes, getting dressed, washing her hair and combed. They worked with her to prepare her breakfast and eating daily meals. As her disease progressed she became very hard to rationalize with thus giving her caregivers a difficult time. She always ensured that they continued her exercises on a daily basis to build up strength. As such she was able to regain her strength and continue walking without a assistive device. Throughout this time frame we were told her condition was Dementia and Alzheimer. A month and a half before her passing she had stopped eating or drinking any fluids. After three days without food or drink I took her to Santa Rosa Hospital and learn she was suffering from Multiple Myeloma. Ping and her team immediately changes her care plan and transitioned with us to hospice care. They remained with us caring for her and were with us side by side until her passing. As you can see, Ping is loving, caring, adaptive, and flexible to patient ever changing needs. When selecting a caregiver you cannot go wrong selecting Ping first for your care. giving needs. Herman
