Meals prep, bathing, grooming, medication reminder, do errands and assist with appointments. Assist with exercise on a safe capacity instructed by Physician or Physical Therapist. Safe Transfer/ambulate. Do vital signs as needed plus closely monitored if clients with Pre or Diabetes in consideration keep consistent with their prescribed treatment meds and keep records of all numbers from Glucose meter. Closely update family members when numbers is extremely off balance. Follow or do a healthy proper Nutrition meals according to the Plan of care or Doctor's Order on Restriction Diet that Suit the diagnose. Assist with hospital recovery in a safe level of Care to avoiding falls for those with fall risk. Assist with memory care, interact with client on their favorite hobbies to stimulate their brain function, do uplifting activities like music, reading or sing.
