About Hope

Hey there! My name is Hope and I am a current graduate student at UNC Greensboro, pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I'm excited to be spending this upcoming summer in Knoxville! Through my 4+ years of childcare experience and relevant coursework in family life and child development, I have seen my passion for children grow immensely. I love finding creative ways to engage with children while also establishing a safe and secure environment for them to play. I find it extremely rewarding when I witness children understand a new aspect of themselves or their world through engaging and developmentally-appropriate activities. In addition to providing a fun and safe environment for play, I am able to assist with household tasks as needed. I am looking forward to providing quality care for families while integrating fun and age-appropriate activities along the way!
