Hope is absolutely fantastic at childcare. She's smart, intuitive and efficient, but also sweet, warm and loving with my sons. My youngest son absolutely adores her and has so much fun playing with her! Hope is reliable and very punctual, and her communication skills are excellent, which makes it super easy when it comes to scheduling or asking for favors and explaining tasks. She has an impeccable sense of professionalism, and is also highly personable, friendly, and a joy to be around. Hope has always been respectful of our home, our privacy, our lifestyle and our routines. Any family Hope works with should count themselves incredibly lucky.
