I helped my mom when she was diagnosed with Diabetes and CHF. My mother in law is battling Dementia and I made it a point to find out as much information to help them as I could. I oversaw medications to be given and helped them on a daily basis with general assistance around their homes, as well as personal assistance. I enjoy reading, going for walks and just spending time with people. I am a retired Paraprofessional that worked with Special Education Children in the School Dist. for over 20 years. I believe patience and empathy play an important role in helping others.
