My love and interest are for the elderly. I worked in a nursing home in High School. In 2007 I moved in with my (ex) father-in-law for 3 months to administer medications, therapy, and take him to doctors appointments, while he was recovering from having his left leg amputated below the knee I was prepared and trained for this job through the outpatient care unit. In 2011 I was a caregiver to a senior in Warren, Michigan. I cooked, gave breathing treatments, and medication while I was in her home. I was attentive to her interest and desire to work crossword puzzles and crocheting. My last care job was in Centerline, Michigan. I took care of a 93-year-old for over year and a half until she passed. I was with her about 10 hours a day. I took her to all her Doctor appointments She loved to crochet and fold clothes. I love and miss her. I look forward to a long relationship where there is respect between employer and employee. I work for a company now that I have been with since 2013.

Hope is a very caring and giving person. My nephew was in the ICU from Thanksgiving until after the first of the year at the University of Michigan. Hope visited him often even though she didn't know him very well. While visiting, she would assist him with various needs. She also donated money and gas cards to his parents to help them afford to stay with their son during this difficult time. Unfortunately, my nephew passed in January and was buried just one day before his 19th birthday. Hope was there for our family providing love and support. She is a wonderful person. Anyone would be blessed to know her.
