I write in support of Holly, who has applied for employment with you. Holly worked in the President s Office in a university for four years as a Student Staff Assistant. I found her to be an extremely capable and talented student staff member, highly dedicated and professional, and a delight to have as a member of the President s staff. Holly was also an outstanding and highly accomplished student who majored in Film and Television Studies and English in the College of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, Holly studied abroad in Ireland during the summer following her junior year. Holly s role in the President s Office was wide-ranging and diverse. Because of her exceptional performance she was assigned additional tasks and responsibilities such as assisting with high profile presidential events including the President s installation. She consistently demonstrated her capacity to assume increased levels of duties and responsibilities, always exceeding our expectations. Her position in the Executive Offices at the University provided her a unique opportunity to interact with every facet of the University. Her level of professionalism and competence is rarely found in an undergraduate. She consistently demonstrated a remarkably high level of dedication and integrity in all her interactions. She garnered the respect and admiration of the other senior leaders at the University.
