My elderly family members have shown me how much they appreciate having help with their needs. I know it can be extremely frustrating to navigate your own life; while caring for your parents or family members. I've had this experience too many times. I love people and it comes easily for me. I'm looking for a part time care giver job on the weekdays. It can be up to 5 hours per day (20 hours maximum) or overnight. Male or female. I started caring for seniors when I finished high school I worked with Mentally Disabled Adults in an independent living home for 3 years. I took on some personal care roles within my large family to care for disabled uncle with schizophrenia, my elderly father with dementia (who had passed) and my elderly mom before I moved to Las Vegas from Boston. My skills range from experience, patience, empathy and organization. I am able to follow a care plan from family and clinical staff. I am an empathetic person naturally.
