About Holly

I currently work for two home care agencies in Vermont. I work as an administrator providing safety checks, create care plans and provide direct care and support to agency staff. I pay close attention to detail and take care of what needs to be done or implement a plan to see the job through. I have many tips up my sleeve to teach my clients how to safely walk with walker or rollator, safely transfer, safe ways to swallow pills, bathing/showering safety and so-on. I take pride in my ability to work with a broad spectrum of personalities with my clients and families. My gift to my client is to empower them. To meet them where they are at and foster aging in place. I offer compassion, empathy and caring. I minister, perform weddings, have 35 years with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Cognitive/Mental Health diseases. I have provided live-in care, Hospice Care. I come with stellar references.
