About Holly

I have more than two decades of experience in healthcare. I have worked as a home health aide, a resident assistant, have my CNA and CMA, managed a memory care unit, worked for a couple of different nonprofit organizations, as well as working in housekeeping and food service. I enjoy working with older adults and have a knack for working with people who have dementia in a way that preserves their dignity. I'd describe my personality as caring, observant, and understanding. These traits have been invaluable in my work life as I am able to assess situations quickly and come up with creative solutions. My skills include medication management (I am a certified medication administrator), working with people who have dementia, and observing and reporting changes in cognitive, physical, and emotional areas.
