As an enthusiastic and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience and a loving mother to a 1-year-old girl, I'm passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and supporting families. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with the kids I care for, while my patient and calm demeanor ensures a nurturing environment. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup time, and I'm always happy to follow the parents' preferred method of communication to ensure their peace of mind. Regarding household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead. My goal is to provide a consistent and structured environment for the children, while also respecting the values and expectations of their families. Playing games with children is one of my favorite ways to engage them and promote their development.
