We hired Holly on a part-time basis and she was good for maybe the first couple of weeks. Her communication turned out to be extremely poor and she would either provide very very late notice or no notice and just not show up. She was more involved with her phone than engaging with our infant daughter (5 months when she started and now almost 9 months) as seen through the cameras we have in our home that she was fully aware of. We trusted her with the care of our daughter and expected the level of care we first spoke about when interviewed. Holly basically ghosted us two and half weeks before Christmas without a care in the world for parents whom both work full-time and an infant that recognized her face and was comfortable with her.
