About Holliday

I began working with kids in 2008 in small settings and with families. I have experience planning activities, teaching, and organizing care for groups of up to 40 children from infants to teenagers. I have also taught English in ESL settings both in the US and overseas. I taught homeschooling for a family overseas for three months. I love working closely with families to find the most meaningful connections and activities for their kids. I see the value of natural outcomes for behavior in safe and age appropriate ways. That said, I know from experience that kids don't act without reason, whether they are hungry, thirsty, tired, etc.
