About Holley

I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, and patient. I like tutoring because I enjoy seeing children grow. I am a school teacher and one of the best things is watching a student have a "light bulb moment". I love when it clicks and they finally get it and feel confident. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help students be more successful in the classroom and feel more confident in their work. I started tutoring while I was in college and during my first year teaching. In my spare time, I like to hike, read books, and spend time with my hubby and cats. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient. I will work with your child using the best strategies that I know and I will continue that until they get it! My skills include math, reading, and writing. I am also great at helping with studying techniques.
