I used to work in assisted living and would take care of 10-11 residents at once. It was an experience for me but I found that working with just one resident would be a lot easier. I took care of those people like they were my family. Unfortunately the coworkers I had at the time did not seem to feel the same. The environment there was not my favorite and I left due to staff not giving the same care and attention I did. I find a deep sense of joy helping people.
